is your return policy? |
We are confident
you will love your purchase. However, we offer a 30 Day Limited Guarantee. You have 30 days to exchange your item for anything else or simply return it for a full refund minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Returned merchandise should be completely intact and packaged in its original packing materials. Once we have received your return, we will apply the credit amount (less all accumulated shipping and restocking fees). |

is your cancellation policy? |
| There is absolutely
no charge for cancellation if your order has not been produced or shipped.
If the product has been shipped, we will have to deduct freight charges
since we can't stop shipment during transit in addition to restocking fees. Cancellations or returns must
be authorized in advance. |

if my order is damaged during shipment? |
| We use only the most
reputable shipping companies. In the rare situation that you experience
damage in your shipment, please be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork
you sign and contact us as soon as possible. If the carton is obviously
severely damaged, please refuse the shipment from the freight company. We
will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. We
will take the quickest route to remedy the situation. |

by ground using UPS, FedEx, or freight delivery companies. Freight
delivery companies will be used for all oversized or heavy shipments. Arrangements can be made to have the
item brought into your home or office for an additional fee. We must have

shipped within the United States except for Alaska and Hawaii. All shipping
addresses must be a home or office (no P.O Box or Mail Box). |

usually ship within 2 to 3 business days unless indicated otherwise. Depending on the size of the item,
actual delivery will be from 3 to 14 business days. Weekend deliveries are not available. |
