will be happy with your purchase and quality of our products. However, if for
some reason you don't wish to keep the purchase, you can simply return it to
us in sellable condition within thirty (30) days of the order date. We will issue a full refund less shipping and a 15% restocking fee to receive, inspect, and re-package your return. This is one of the best guarantees you will find on the web.

to obtain an authorization code and instructions for returning the item to
us. Please provide the following information: customer name, item(s) to be
returned, and the nature of the problem.
All items must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Please note: we do not charge a restocking fee for orders cancelled prior to shipping. However, once item has shipped, normal restocking fee and shipping charges will apply.
Please inspect
items at time of delivery. Do not accept any items that appear to be damaged.
If you notice damaged goods after opening package, contact us immediately
at CustomerService@futoncreations.com.
We will replace all damaged or defective merchandise free of charge. You have the option to cancel replacements, however, normal return policy will apply.
All custom made and special orders are not returnable/exchangeable.
