Body: They provided excellent customer service. The futon (Adonics) is of excellent
quality. I would recommend them any time. I actually went to several local stores
and purchased a futon from a local store first -- returned it since it was a
complete waste. just because the futon is not Chinese does not make it good.
Apparently a lot of US made (and expensive) futons are worse than the Asian
ones. Make sure that any futon you buy has flat supports under the futon (not
round), and that the mechanism is front action. Adonics futons offered by futon
creations have both of these features, as well as the extra 4 inches in length,
making it very comfortable to sleep on.
