How Do I Place An Order?

Order online - Placing an order through our website is safe, easy, and fast. You can make changes and review what you have entered before your order is placed and a confirmation email will be sent directly to you within seconds! To keep your information safe and secure, we use the latest 128-bit SSL technology for the highest encryption protection commercially available. All personal information will be kept confidential and used only to process your order. We will never sell your information to any third parties.

What Are My Payment Options?

Credit Cards - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number--the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. DCG Stores is currently unable to process any credit cards that are issued or billed outside of the United States.

We will send you an email confirmation once we received your order. Be sure to include a daytime phone number and email address so that we, along with the shipping company, can contact you with any questions regarding your order.

Wire Transfer - For larger orders we may be able to accept Wire Transfer payment. Please contact our customer service line for more information on this service.

Please note: To protect against fraud, any orders paid for with a personal check, money order, or cashiers check will remain on hold for a number of days to allow for the check to clear. Credit Card payments for larger orders may require confirmation that the shipping address is a verified address with the card holder.

Order Confirmation

After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. This confirmation will include your order details and Order Number. We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any issues so that we can quickly make any necessary changes. This email is your receipt – if by chance you lose it, please let us know and we will be happy to provide a copy.

If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us, please contact us to resolve the issue. Be sure to include your account email address and order number – if you have not received it, there may be an error in your email address within our accounts. We will provide a new confirmation to you upon request.

Sales Tax

DCG Stores does not charge sales tax within the USA with the exception of California. All CA orders will be charged the taxes applicable to the state.


All products offered on DCG Stores websites are brand-new and backed by the applicable manufacturers' warranties. The warranty applicable varies from each manufacturer. This information is usually provided as part of individual product descriptions. For any questions regarding warranties, please contact Customer Service.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

If for any reason you find that you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. All cancellations will be confirmed in writing: if you have not received a confirmation, your order has not been cancelled. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped from the warehouse. Therefore the sooner you contact us, the better our chance of catching the order in time. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item. Note: Custom orders may not be canceled after 48 hours. Please see our Standard Return Policy for more details.
