The Elite Futon Lounger comes complete with the frame, mattress, tufted cover, and pillows. When it comes to space, the Elite is your answer. Taking very little footprint, if offers three pieces of furniture in one. With the arms folded up it is a small loveseat, with one arm down it becomes a lounger, and last, but not least, with both arms down it is a single sleeper. Offered in rich espresso or white and a variety of cover options, you can be sure to find one that begs to be the focal point of any room for all ages; youth, tweens, teens or young adults alike.
