do I order online? |
To order online,
choose the item you would like to purchase, select any available options
for the item by clicking on the drop-down arrow, and click the "Add
to Cart" button.
The item(s) you've
selected will be shown in your shopping cart. From the cart, you may choose
to continue shopping and select other items to purchase, or click on "Checkout"
to submit payment information.
All personal
information will be kept confidential and used only to process your order.
We will never sell your information to any third parties. Payment information
will transmit over a secure encrypted connection using the latest SSL

are your payment options? |
We accept payment
by credit card using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
Card through our secure server. |

| Can
I pay with a check or money order? |
| Absolutely. Just
send us an email on what you'd like to order. We'll then email you back
an invoice which you can pay from. Once we processed payment, items will
be shipped.
Alternatively, you
can add items you'd like to purchase to your shopping cart. From the shopping
cart, click "Checkout" and enter your shipping
information. Click "Continue" and print 2 copies
of this page. This page will show the order total and provide us with
your contact and shipping information. Keep one copy for your records
and send the other copy with your payment to:

| How
do I know that my order has been received and that it is correct? |
| We will confirm your
order by email. Please carefully check that all of the information on the
order is correct including shipping address, phone number, products ordered,
quantities, and sizes of all of the items. If there are any errors, please
notify us immediately. |

| Will
you ever have back-orders? |
| We make every effort
to have products in stock so we can ship as quickly as possible. If for
some reason your item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via
email. We will let you know when the item is expected to be back in stock
and provide the option of cancelling your order or allowing us to ship it
when it is back in stock. |

| If
I order more than one item, will they all arrive at the same time? |
We ship from a number
of different warehouses throughout the U.S. Some of our products are made
up of multiple components that come from different shipping points. These
components may arrive on different days. Please contact
us if you have any questions or concerns about this or any of our other
policies.

| Do
I pay sales tax on my purchase? |
| We charge sales tax
to orders shipped to California. Sales tax is automatically computed on
products during checkout process. |
