We
offer free shipping on every purchase within the continental USA. You'll save
both time and money by not having to figure out shipping charges and
paying for them during checkout.
Most items will ship directly
to your door using FedEx or UPS. Shipping times vary from 3 to 14 business days
depending on the size of the item.
Oversized or heavy shipments
must be delivered by Freight, and are brought to the curbside only. The shipping
company is only responsible for shipping the order to your residence. We must
have a valid address with a contact person at time of delivery for all freight
shipments.
If you live on an upper floor
in an apartment complex, please be prepared to take possession of your order
on the ground floor level and move it upstairs. Shipping personnel will not
carry the shipment upstairs, take it inside the residence or assemble the merchandise.
We currently do not ship
to the following addresses or locations:
· Post office boxes
· APO/FPO addresses
· Alaska & Hawaii
· International addresses
When your order arrives,
please check the boxes carefully and refuse delivery if you find damage or incorrect
items in your shipment. Please notify us immediately if you find undetected
damaged parts once your order has been signed for and delivered.
All merchandise purchased
on our website is shipped to your residence free of charge. However, orders
that are canceled after shipment will incur shipping fees (both to and from
your residence) and restocking fees. Please make sure we have the correct address
for shipment. If you supply us with the wrong address, or if your address changes
after the order has shipped, shipping fees may be incurred.
